  1. Request a Quote: Submit your items, decals, logos, and messages through our portal.
  2. Quote Review: We provide a comprehensive quote confirming all design details, quantities, and shipping estimates.
  3. Final Confirmation: Once you approve the quote and confirm the details, your order is placed with our specialized suppliers.

Shipping Policy

  • Fulfillment: Orders are drop-shipped directly from our verified suppliers to ensure the fastest delivery.
  • Lead Times: Production begins only after final artwork approval. Standard production usually takes 7-14 business days, followed by standard transit times.
  • Shipping Costs: Final shipping fees are confirmed during the quoting process and are based on supplier location and delivery destination.

Returns & Cancellations

Because our products are customized with your specific branding, decals, and logos, we operate under the following strict policy:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer-side ordering errors once an order is confirmed.
  • Cancellations: Once you provide the final "Order Confirmation" and production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
  • Our Commitment: If your products arrive damaged or do not match the specifications in your Final Quote Confirmation, please contact [email protected] within 7 business days. We will work diligently with our suppliers to rectify the error or provide a replacement.
